Shipping and Returns

KidSamurai.com sends all in-stock orders within 5 business days of confirmation of payment. Some delays may occur due to holidays, etc, but we try to get all orders shipping in a timely manner. You will be updated when your order is shipped.

There is a minimum shipping charge of $2.00, after that the shipping fee is based off weight of the total order.

Shipping Options

KidSamurai.com provides a few different shipping options, all handled by Hong Kong Post and your country's postal service. Stated shipping times are estimates, and can change due to various conditions, such as time of year, customs delays, etc.

Registered Airmail

This is the basic shipping method for all orders. All orders are sent via Registered Airmail, and usually arrive between 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) from the time of shipping (sometimes longer during the holiday season). All customers who send by this method receive a Registration # that can be tracked at Hong Kong Post's website, as well as your own country's postal site once it arrives in your country (this service is not available in all countries). Tracking is not in real-time, and is not highly detailed.

SpeedPost EMS

If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, SpeedPost EMS is the courier we use. Orders sent by this method will arrive in 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), and are usually handled by your country's courier service (for example, XPressPost in Canada, and Priority Mail in USA, and ParcelForce in UK). This service includes highly detailed, real-time tracking online, trackable from both Hong Kong Post's website as well as your local website once the package has arrived in your country.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns and do not issue refunds. In the case of a defective product, we will replace the item for you if you send the defective product back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please see the terms and conditions for full details.
